What is the admission process for the MA in Applied Economics at CDS?
Admission to the MA program is through the Common Universities Entrance Test (CUET) (PG). Candidates must apply online via the National Testing Agency (NTA) website and select the Centre for Development Studies (CDS) during the application process to be considered for admission. After the CUET (PG) results are announced, CDS will invite applications for the MA program. Applicants need to apply separately to CDS following the release of the admission procedure.

The per-person monthly rent for a hostel room is Rs. 500, which includes electricity and water charges. However, for scholars with fellowships that include a House Rent Allowance (HRA), the monthly hostel rent equals the eligible HRA. All hostel residents are required to join the mess and must pay the monthly mess bill in advance within the first five working days of each month
