By enrolling in any course offered by EduSure, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase or accessing our services.

EduSure only grants use and access to this website, its products, and its services to those who have accepted these terms. If you do not agree to be bound by this Agreement, you are advised not to proceed.

1. Intellectual Property

All study material, videos, notes, mock tests, and content provided are the exclusive property of EduSure. You agree not to reproduce, redistribute, resell, or register any of EduSure's material in any form, including electronic, digital, or otherwise.

2. Account Security

You agree not to share your student portal login credentials (username and password) with anyone. Your login is for personal use only. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Any sharing of access will result in immediate termination without refund.

3. Class Links & Content Sharing

You agree not to share any class links, recordings, or course materials with individuals not enrolled with EduSure. Links and resources are intended solely for registered students. Violation will result in penalties and cancellation of enrolment.

4. Refund Policy (7-Day)

You may request a refund within 7 days of your enrolment date, provided:

1. you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content;
2. the reason for refund is valid and documented; and
3. the request is submitted in writing to contact@edusure.in.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. No refund will be granted after 7 days from the date of purchase under any circumstances. EduSure reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund requests.

5. Course Fees & Pricing

All course fees are subject to availability of offers and may change without prior notice. Fees once paid are non-transferable. EduSure reserves the right to modify course content, schedules, or delivery format as necessary to ensure quality education.

6. Student Results & Marketing Consent

EduSure holds the right to publish the results, testimonials, and success stories of its students. If you qualify for any examination after enrolling in an EduSure course, it is your duty to inform us of the result. By enrolling, you consent to your name, photograph, and result being used in EduSure marketing and promotional activities, unless you explicitly opt out in writing to contact@edusure.in.

7. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to maintain respectful conduct in all live classes, doubt sessions, and community forums. Any form of harassment, misuse, or disruptive behaviour may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without refund.

8. Violation & Termination

If you are found to be violating any of these terms, EduSure reserves the right to terminate your access to all course material immediately and without notice. You may be subject to legal action in accordance with applicable law. No refund will be issued upon termination due to breach of terms.

9. Disclaimer

EduSure provides educational guidance and coaching to the best of its ability. However, we do not guarantee admission to any specific institution or a particular rank or score in any examination. Results may vary based on individual effort and preparation.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
