FLAME University MS Economics Program Overview
The M.Sc. (Economics) at FLAME University is a 2-year postgraduate program designed to blend advanced economic theory with data science and computational skills . It prepares students for analysis of complex economic problems using real-world data and quantitative tools. Admission & Application Process
Application process for MS Programme
Online Application Applicants are evaluated through a written test (PG FEAT), followed by an Online Personal Interview (PI) to assess aptitude, subject knowledge, and motivation for pursuing the Master’s programme. Test Exemption: Candidates with valid GRE / JAM (Economics) / CUET-PG (COQP10) scores may be exempted from the written test. Personal Interaction: Shortlisted candidates attend a Personal Interaction round (on-campus or online); applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Statement of Purpose (SOP): Submission of a 500–1000 word SOP outlining academic background, interests, and motivation for pursuing postgraduate studies at FLAME is mandatory.

Minimum Academic Requirement: A bachelor’s degree in any discipline (e.g., BA, BSc, BCom, BBA, BTech, etc.) from a UGC-recognized institution. At least 55% aggregate or equivalent grade (B/CPI/CGPA). Accepted Tests: GRE (valid 5 years), JAM (Economics), or CUET-PG (COQP10). Alternate Option: If test scores are not available, applicants may opt for PG FEAT (FLAME Entrance Aptitude Test).

Course Fees: The two-year tuition feE is INR 8,20,000 plus INR 160,000 for books, materials, and activity charges, and the fee is currently under revision. Hostel Facilities: Standard to AC attached room variants available with additional charges.
