Apply through the univeristy Website: All candidates must register for the Jadavpur University-conducted admission test to the MA in applied Economics Program. Entrance Exam & Interview: The Admission Test is usually conducted in April-May each year. The admission to the university is only on the basis of the admission test. There is no interview conducted .

Eligibility Criteria
Eligibilty
Mathematics Requirement: Applicants must have studied Mathematics at the 10+2 level or higher. Qualifying Degree: Candidates are to hold a 3-Year B.A./B.Sc. Honours degree or Major in Economics from a recognised university. To be eligible, candidates must have obtained at least 60% marks (54% for OBC-A/OBC-B category and 45% for SC/ST/PD/Sports category) in Honours papers. In cases where Honours/Major is not specified in the mark sheet for the BA Degree, it will be considered equivalent to Major in Economics if the candidate has studied Economics for at least 50% of the total marks during their BA degree.
